I have always had a love of cooking. I find beauty in fresh locally grown ingredients. There's something about the colors, smells and textures of vegetables that captivates me. I spent over a year (immersed in self study) and working at a yoga ashram as a vegan chef. I learned so much along the way and am excited to share it here with you. I will also share some of my favorite vegan products that help make dinner time easier. Making healthy delicious food can be easy and fun!!!
